Online Refund & Return Policy
Shop AT HOME Bride is proud to provide our brides with quality customer service, and answers to all your questions. We’re excited to be part of helping to make your wedding day beautiful, affordable, and stress free. We know making the purchase of your gown, bridesmaid dresses, and all other bridal accessories is an important decision. Please review our Return Policy regarding purchases made online.
Shop AT HOME Bride offers returns back to your original form of payment for online purchases. Apparel products, including returned wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride gowns, flower girl dresses, lingerie, special occasion, & honeymoon attire, must not be worn, stained, altered, washed or dry cleaned. They must be free of pin marks, free of odor, and in perfect condition with original tags, in original packaging, including the invoice.
Apparel products include wedding gowns, bridesmaid, flower girl, mother’s dresses, honeymoon attire, intimates and wearable accessories, including jewelry, shoes, veils & hairpieces.
All other items must remain in original packaging and be unused, unaltered, and in perfect condition.
Items not returned in their original condition will be refused.
Please review the following instructions when making a return.
Email weddinggal@ymail.com (Attention: RETURN REQUEST) within 72 hours of receiving your order to request a return authorization code. Be sure to include your phone number.
- Mail your item within 3 days of receiving it to our address: Shop AT HOME Bride, 11918 SE Division Street, Suite #128, Portland, OR 97266 United States. To insure your return is properly received, you must be sure to get a tracking number when sending your package. Without the ability to track your return easily, there can be no guarantee it has been properly received in our warehouse. Any item returned (postage or shipping stamped) more than 3 days after delivery is not eligible for refunds.
- You may use the shipping carrier of your choice. Shop AT HOME Bride is not responsible for your return shipping fees.
- Items returned will be inspected to ensure the merchandise is unworn, unused and in perfect condition as listed above, with the original product tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Shop AT HOME Bride will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
If return is approved, processing time for returns is 10 – 14 business days following arrival and inspection. The actual original cost to Shop AT HOME Bride for shipping your merchandise will be deducted from your refund.
- Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded. Due to the nature of the bridal business, sale/discounted/coupon/code items are not refundable.
- If you are seeking an exchange, depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary due to availability, country of origin, sewing and shipping speed.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an agreed upon refund within 14 business days, please contact us directly at weddinggal@ymail.com to confirm when to expect your refund.
Important Notes about Sizing and Details
- Please review the designer’s size chart to determine the best size to order.
- Shop AT HOME Bride wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother’s gowns and flower girl dresses are made according to the size chart measurements provided with each listing. Your normal size will almost certainly vary from the designers size chart. Wedding dresses and women's formal wear often range up to two sizes smaller than your regular dress size. Measure, then compare to size chart before selecting a size to order. Your bust size is NOT your bra size. Please measure carefully.
- Colors shown may be represented differently depending upon your computer screen. Computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT and LCD screens.
- Unavoidably, hand dyed fabrics may vary slightly with each dye batch.
