Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we strive to deliver packages to hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.   

During checkout you have the option for FREE SHIPPING on every item in our store. Other shipping options are available for a small fee, as well as package tracking. Please select the option that's best for you.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. 

All orders are sent to the manufacturer within 12 hours after your order is placed. Depending on whether or not your purchased item is in stock at the time your order is placed, or will have to be handmade to your specifications in the factory; your arrival time will vary. Once your selection is ready to be shipped, and if coming from China Post, an additional 2 to 4 days may lapse. If your gown is being custom made to fit, it may take up to 14 days longer to process. An estimated time of arrival is listed beneath most product descriptions, but can vary slightly depending on manufacturer production levels, holidays, inclement weather, etc. Custom fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our manufacturers warehouse to your destination following production. International delivery generally takes 15–30 business days to arrive. Most, but not all, US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the manufacturers warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time, depending on holidays, inclement weather, etc.
